Abide in Me

This piece is a story about the fullness of being with Him, even while we're in this temporary place.

With the theme of clouds carried through this collection, this piece is no different. There is a symbolic God presence at the top and 'us' in pink with a song in our heart. There is an invitation to come to His table, bringing transformation to our life, symbolized by the butterflies. This piece is an encouragement to keep our eyes on Him who gives and sustains life while turning from the ways of the world. 

I find it so humbling when I realize how quickly I’m running on fumes in a day where I haven’t taken a moment to just come to His proverbial feet and soak in His presence. I end up having tunnel vision, overworking myself and feeling horribly because I’ve likely forgotten to eat too. Coming before the King reminds me that He’s in control, not me. It reminds me that He will make a way, that I don’t have to do it all at once or all on my own. He renews me and calls me daughter and reminds me of the important things. I always feel refreshed by His spirit.

This is what this piece is, an invitation to always come back to Him.
