What payments do you take?
Accepted payments include Apple Pay, Visa and MasterCard. I will also accept etransfer for commissioned work or visit one of the stores that sell my pieces in person!
Are your Fibre Wallhangings Signed?
The KRS Signature is a piece of raffia tied to the back of the piece.
How do I clean my fibre art?
Use a damp cloth to remove dust.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout and charged according to your destination
Does my artwork come with a shipping tracker?
Tracking will be provided once your order is fulfilled
Does the purchase price include taxes, border fees or custom fees?
No, the price does not include any additional fees. We will not be covering custom fees as well.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please contact me for international shipping cost.
How is it packaged?
Each piece is packaged with care.
The wallhanging is layed down on packing paper and rolled up so the cord doesn’t tangle en route.
Can I pick up from your studio?
Absolutely, yes. Please contact me to schedule a pick-up.
How often do you release new pieces?
We release new Collections about 3-5 times a year. Sign up to our newsletter for the latest drop.
How do I hang my fibre wallhanging?
For a Bohemian look you can hang your wallhanging from a cord hanger and a single screw into a screw.
For a Modern look. you can place the dowel onto two screws.

How do I commission a piece?
Please Fill in the Commission Form and I will be in contact.
How long does a commission piece take?
This really depends on how big or complex the piece is. It can take from anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks. Depending on how busy our studio is at that time.
Do you require a deposit or commissions?
Yes, we require 50% of the projected estimate upfront.
Will I recieve photos of my commission in progress?
Yes.
What if I don’t like my finished commission piece?
Due to the nature of our industry, we do not accept refunds. However, you can put your down payment towards another commission or a piece available in the store.
