His Kingdom Come

His Kingdom Come

This transition from macrame to mixed media has been a lesson in trust.

I hadn't created any new art since the beginning of 2024 when I was finishing "The Power of Surrender" Collection. I felt a little unsure about where I was going next and turns out I just needed to wait it out.

Reading the Bible and listening to what the Holy Spirit was telling me, is where I felt the new ideas for this collection stemmed from.  He also supplied me with the energetic enthusiasm to explore and create with mixed media this spring!

In the beginning of this year, I felt compelled to pray for courage like Noah, who built the ark, to stand up for righteousness in this generation.

In this prayerful plea, my eyes were closed and I had a vision of a white swan, with a neck stretched out long flying through the blue sky.

Upon reflection, this picture felt like encouragement to fly free in Him because He has made me white as snow, washing my sins away.

This image became the anchoring point for "His Kingdom Come" the first piece in this new collection titled "All Will Be Made New" that I'd like to introduce you to now.

With vividly painted clouds soaring in a sky of peachy corals, flies the swan carrying the sign of the 'Conqueror'. He is coming back! His kingdom will come in His perfect timing. He sees all, hears all and will work all things together for our good and His glory! This is a message of hope and celebration. Our Lord has a plan and will bring it to completion.
'His Kingdom Come'

This is the 1st of 7 pieces in the all new mixed media collection that I will be launching in October 2025! I'm so thrilled to be introducing you to this collection. My prayer is that it would bring hope, connection and encouragement to you.
